Title: Fallout 3 Pipboy Radio Music Skipping Problem
Description: I'm making this video to demonstrate the issue that I'm having with the audio in, "Fallout 3". I'm sick of reading comments of people saying that it's supposed to sound messed up like this when it's not. My brother and I are playing the game side by side and his game doesn't have this problem at all. I also keep reading people saying it's an issue with X-Fi Gamer sound cards or whatever, but I don't even have one so I don't know what they're talking about. Anyone got any ideas? Also here is a link to my thread on the bethsoft FO3 support forums in case it might help. http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=896861 PS: This isn't from my computer lagging, as one user stated. I get perfectly smooth framerates while playing and I still get this problem. I was using fraps to record uncompressed video in 1680x1050 with maxed out game settings. That's why the frame rates drop in this video.
