Title: Relaxation Video - Beauty of Nature with new age music - Love & Peace - Hamakita Forest Park
Description: Fizemos um Churrasco beneficente no Hamakita Forest Park, cidade de Hamamatsu (Hamakita Shinrin Koen). Uma tarde excelente. Sol, clima agradavel, muita natureza, flores, arvores, riachos... Otimo para relaxar e aliviar o stress!Veja o video e deixe todo o stress do dia a dia de lado, fique mais leve e feliz! f you enjoy being in a natural environment, taking strolls along lakes or through a forest, or listening to the birds and other animals, then the Shizuoka Prefectural Forest Park is the place for you. The Park, known as Shinrin Kouen, is in Hamakita, which is now part of Hamamatsu City. The forest has a variety of flora and fauna that change with the seasons. There is also a 150m long suspension bridge with a view of Japanese red pine trees, the Tenryu River, and Hamakita itself. Camping in the Park is possible, provided that you register beforehand at the Visitors Center. You can also stay in the parks facility, called Mori no Ie, which is a combination of a hotel, research and workshop rooms, a gymnasium, and a restaurant. In addition to daily walking tours, the Prefectural Forest Park also offers a variety of seminars and workshops on the weekends. These include bird watching for beginners, flying squirrel observations, rope making, and shiitake mushroom cultivation. These are all offered on the different weekends throughout the year. So come out and enjoy the prefectural park in Shizuoka prefecture. In addition to the Forest Park, you can enjoy nature at the Hamanako Garden Park, the former site of the 2004 Hamamatsu Flower Exhibition. The park has many different attractions. One of these is the Rainbow Waterfall, which is a 200m long fountain where the water flows down from the top. There is also an outdoor stage built right by the water. If you want a view of the whole park from up top, then you have the option of going to the top floor of the 50 m tower. Of course, there is no shortage of flowers. For example, the Village Area in the park includes some of the exhibitions from the 2004 Flower Exhibition. The park also retains the Monet garden from the Exhibition. These areas and many more allow for all the flower-viewing you can handle. There is no entrance fee for the Hamanako Garden Park (although some areas have a small entrance fee), and is open all year, with the exception of the New Year holiday. Hamakita Forest Park is a large park with a variety of recreational facilities. The park's main draw are the walking trails that criss-cross the boundaries with a variety of views. The trails will take you next to small lakes, down into azalea filled ravines, across manicured gardens, next to uninteresting farm lands, along side creeks, beside long stretches of tarmacked roads, etc. The highlight is to cross the very high, very scary wooden bridge that can give even the most hearty of trekkers a little vertigo, especially if it's windy. There is also a nature center with a focus on the local bird life, unfortunately all captions are in Japanese only. There is a playground, some large playing fields and picnic areas. Next to the park is Gansuiji Temple and Shrine, which are quite interesting. Hamakita F.P. is a nice way to spend some relax and get a little fresh air.
Video: Come raggio di sol
Title: Come raggio di sol
Description: Recorded by Matias Mariani and Michael Strauss. Poetic Translation As a ray of peaceful sunshine gleams on the tranquil waves, While deep in the sea's bosom the storm lies hidden. So it may happen that a content smile flowers from the lips, While in secret the heart is suffering in anguish. About Caldara (1670-1736) • Caldara was a Baroque composer whose music is known for his delicate and polished use of text. He was a highly regarded composer not only during his time, but long after. Caldara studied with Giovanni Legrenzi. Caldaras music had a great impact on the compositions of composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, and others. For example, John Sebastian Bach copied a Magnificat by Caldara. Georg Phillip Telemann used Caldaras music as a model for his church music. Franz Joseph Haydn sang many of Caldaras songs when he was a choir boy. Mozart made use of some of Caldaras 600 canons and Beethoven copied some of Caldaras canons. • Caldaras craftsmanship got him appointed as maestro di capella for Duke Ferdinando Carlo of Mantua, maestro for prince Ruspoli and vice Kappelmeister at the Imperial court in Vienna of the Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI. • Caldara wrote a wealth of music in diverse styles. He published two collections of trio sonatas, 100 operas, 150 solo cantatas, 43 oratorios, Masses, madrigals, and canons.
Video: A Moment Frozen in Time: A Marshin Sunset
Title: A Moment Frozen in Time: A Marshin Sunset
Description: A Moment Frozen in Time: (Medium image makes a great Background/Wallpaper) Medium Image: http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/press/spirit/20050610a/sunset_a489_gamma_2sub_800_br2.jpg Large : http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/press/spirit/20050610a/sunset_a489_gamma_2sub_800.jpg On May 19th, 2005, NASA's Mars Exploration Rover Spirit captured this stunning view as the Sun sank below the rim of Gusev crater on Mars. This Panoramic Camera (Pancam) mosaic was taken around 6:07 in the evening of the rover's 489th martian day, or sol. Spirit was commanded to stay awake briefly after sending that sol's data to the Mars Odyssey orbiter just before sunset. This small panorama of the western sky was obtained using Pancam's 750-nanometer, 530-nanometer and 430-nanometer color filters. This filter combination allows false color images to be generated that are similar to what a human would see, but with the colors slightly exaggerated. In this image, the bluish glow in the sky above the Sun would be visible to us if we were there, but an artifact of the Pancam's infrared imaging capabilities is that with this filter combination the redness of the sky farther from the sunset is exaggerated compared to the daytime colors of the martian sky. Because Mars is farther from the Sun than the Earth is, the Sun appears only about two-thirds the size that it appears in a sunset seen from the Earth. The terrain in the foreground is the rock outcrop "Jibsheet", a feature that Spirit has been investigating for several weeks (rover tracks are dimly visible leading up to Jibsheet). The floor of Gusev crater is visible in the distance, and the Sun is setting behind the wall of Gusev some 80 km (50 miles) in the distance. This mosaic is yet another example from MER of a beautiful, sublime martian scene that also captures some important scientific information. Specifically, sunset and twilight images are occasionally acquired by the science team to determine how high into the atmosphere the martian dust extends, and to look for dust or ice clouds. Other images have shown that the twilight glow remains visible, but increasingly fainter, for up to two hours before sunrise or after sunset. The long martian twilight (compared to Earth's) is caused by sunlight scattered around to the night side of the planet by abundant high altitude dust. Similar long twilights or extra-colorful sunrises and sunsets sometimes occur on Earth when tiny dust grains that are erupted from powerful volcanoes scatter light high in the atmosphere. A human lander would cost the average American more -- perhaps even ten cheeseburgers! So be it. That is no great sacrifice. JONAH GOLDBERG, National Review Online, May 3, 2000

Title: Mu-Tang Clan: Pissed Off Guard Fem-Bot.
Description: 1)Music used: Shevat The Wind is Calling -Xenogears Ambush -Grandia And the credits theme is still one of the level themes from Mercs. I really need to get some better music. 2)Yes, I suck with cvs Yoko. 3) Rock and Jenet are around... just not in this episode. 4) Yes, it's been a while. This episode is kind of to ease me back into making these. No original sound as usual. I'd rather have no sound than messed up sound. However, I don't think this too great an episode, but this wasn't exactly a rush job. 5) I should tell you that my characters mannerisms generally depends on whether or not I know the real story of a character. If I know it, their mannerisms and past are based off of canon (but never actually being exactly like canon). Example: Sol If I don't know, then the character will have their personalities, obviously, not be like canon. Example: Momoko While there are some in betweens, Yoko is an exception. I've seen all of the series she came from, but I don't want to base Mu-Tang's Yoko off of TTGL's Yoko. 6) I got Juke's last name wrong in the credits. I think it's Kisar... you know what, I can't remember.

Title: DVD-Learn Maqamat on OUD تعلم المقامات الموسيقية على العود
Description: To buy the DVD: http://cgi.ebay.com/LEARN-MAQAMAT-MUSICAL-SCALES-on-OUD-DVD-MULTIMEDIA_W0QQitemZ250318917788QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item250318917788&_trkparms=72%3A570%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14 "Learn Maqamat on the OUD" - DVD launched !!!! This fresh DVD release (multimedia presentation) presents the vastly versatile information about Maqamat in a very simple and unique way. Well, one would probably ask, what would this DVD offer differently from other resources, aside from the fact that it sums up many facts regarding Maqamat in a single package? Well it not only presents the scale of a Maqam (sequence of tones), but also it discusses how it's "soul and personality" is to be exposedd !! See, a single sequence of tones can be tackled differently to present a certain "Maqam" personality from its resembling Maqams (Transposes/Tasaweer). Some of the things I've also tackled in this DVD are some subtle advanced issues about Maqamat, in the form of explanatory videos as well as schematics and text. For example, in Western Music, the tone Sol-G bimol is equivalent of the tone Fa-F diez (on the piano or the guitar.....right??). Well, on the oud, believe it or not....they are not !! Also, the concept of what's known as the "Sensible Note" (Hassas) is also tackled. OK, as they say "SEEING IS BELIEVING" !! Therefore, the DVD presents the detailed infor about Maqamat by text, schematics as well as close-up videos to make a tough job easy. One fascinating feature about this DVD too, is what I call: the "Maqam Pocket Book" !! It is basically a very simplified abstract appendix containing the debriefing of all Maqams that you can even put into into your very cell phone and access it whenever you forget something about Maqamat ! With this DVD purchase, you'll also gain access to my special series of videos aboard my YouTube channel in order to expand pertinent information and practice issues "person-to-person", and will call that section the "Maqamat DVD Club" !!! Here is a list of Maqamat names discussed in the DVD: Ajam, Jiharkah, Shawq Afza, Mazmoom, Ajam Kurdi, Ajam Osheiran, Nawa Athar, Nikriz, Athar Kord, Husar, Segah, Huzam, Iraq, Bastanikar, Rahat Arwah, Musta'ar, Segah Baladi, Frihnak, Maya. Awshar, Bayyat, Shoori, Huseini, Huseini Osheiran Nahaft, Nahawand, Sultani Yagah, Nahawand Kurdi, Dasht, Lawk, Farah Faza, Busalik, Sunbulah, Oshaq Masri, Rast, Suznak, Zaweel, Nairooz, Yagah, Mahoor, Suzdalara, Hijaz, Hijaz Ajami, Hijaz Kar, Shadd Araban, Shahnaz, Suzdal, Turkish Jihar Kah, Zanjaran, Saba, Saba Zamzamah, Saba Busalik, Saba Osheiran, Kord, Hijaz Kar Kord, Tarzanwin, Lami. This DVD is basically a multimedia presentation stored on a DVD, and requires a PC. It won't work on DVD-players or on Mac. Order your DVD today directly through my email, oud.proff@gmail.com ------------ Disclaimer: The music in the intro and the end of this sample clip is of Marcel Khalifa, Andalus Album.

Video: Allowing & Creating Change-Pattern & Frequency Of 417Hz
Title: Allowing & Creating Change-Pattern & Frequency Of 417Hz
Description: Headphones are not required & is better if you don't so your whole body can feel/absorb the benefits. Be careful there is alot of illusionary eye candy out there not providing you with the true visual sound pattern. I don't recommend playing music or other tones along with this as other tones played at the same time may disrupt the process of Allowing & Creating Change. How is it that this is the true visual Creating Change-Pattern of this sound frequency? I generated the 417hz frequency and then played it back while at the same time I looked up videos of salt particles vibrating on a metal plate with high frequency sound projected at it. These particles shifted into specific patterns at different pitches. While listening to both the video's frequency and my own 417hz I grabbed a snapshot of the image when both tones matched. Example: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=IuyQSZX8HMI I don't yet have a way to obtain the true color for this frequency, if you know a way please let me know and I will redo this video. Fabien Maman & Joel Sternheimer In 1974, Fabien Maman was working as a professional jazz musician. He noticed that certain musical keys had an energizing effect on both the musicians and the audience. Fabien worked with the French physicist Joel Sternheimer. Sternheimer had discovered that elementary particles vibrate at frequencies in accordance with musical laws. They found that body tissue, organs and acupuncture meridians each have a musical note. Ernest Chladni In the 18th century Ernest Chladni, a German physicist, found that when a violin bow was drawn vertically across the rim of a metal plate the sound waves produced created patterns in sand sprinkled on the plate. Different musical tones would cause the sand particles to move into geometric patterns. These type of patterns are said to be created within our body when listening to various sounds. Video: Unknown Soldiers
Title: Unknown Soldiers
Description: Edit: Again Youtube messed up the timing. For example the airplane explosion was precisely timed with the music...But it didn't destroy it entirely... Hurrah, yeah I'm actually not very supportive of wars, but oddly enough some of my favorite movies are old war films (Great Escape, Patton, Memphis Bele, ect.) and when I saw this show I fell in love with it...So now that I have my spiffy little ripping gear I decided it was finally time to make a Band of Brothers music video. I had some freezing difficulties on my computer(curses on WMM)but ultimately I love how it turned out; Partly because its sort of tribute to my favorite side character in the show, Blythe, and also because this is one of my favorite songs. Effect wise I cracked down on fading and eased up on coloring. Why fading? Well since I haven't tracked down the 'flicker' .xml format yet I had to use quick "white fading" techniques to simulate the 'flicker' effect. Song: Unknown Soldier Artist: Breaking Benjamin Youtube might mess up the timing on this, but my only hope is that it won't be pixel-y. Audio: Soldier: "Holy Shit!" Ranking Officer: "We need someone to check out that barn." Blythe: "I'll go." And then some random gunshots... As a random thought, have you ever noticed how the word "soldier" is spelled so it is a combination of "sol", or single, alone, or solitary, and "dier"? I've always thought about that...

Title: Phoenixa's tutorial, How I Dance In Secondlife
Description: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User:Phoenixa_Sol Expanded version with links and SLurls now at the SL wiki Due to many people asking, I finally took a pause in dancing to create a video tutorial of how I dance in secondlife.com. Feel free to use the pause button and take notes, my program isn't the greatest for text titles. One thing I forgot to mention in the tutorial would be it is *massively important* that before you perform any dancing IN secondlife, you warm up any dances or poses you will be using. If you dont... when you click to dance, your avi just stands there looking cute for a few seconds until the dance is in your cache and you miss the music phrase you were aiming to interpret! (big oops! winks) It was a large investment for me to start making one dance sphere which contains every dance I own, and takes me at least an hour to warm them all up, but it's been very worth the time, money and effort. Someday, I'll actually get all the rest of them in there, but what I do have is mighty helpful. I want to move immediately when I click that HUD. Also, it should be said here why I make videos in the first place rather than much live dancing in Secondlife other than for fun at clubs. I discovered in the very beginning that people do NOT see the same performance I create. The best example I can cite would be one of my earliest videos to "The Stripper". This is the only dance of mine that is almost fully choreographed. (the rest are spontaneous expressions to suit the musical phrase or mood I'm interpreting). While developing this particular dance to The Stripper, I had a friend on the phone who was watching me in secondlife do the dance. He wasn't seeing the movements to the particular music phrases as I did them. I looked on my partner's machine, and they weren't the same there either. Turns out that everyone's machine caches both the music AND the animations at different rates due to a variety of factors. (connection, processor speed, lag etc etc) And so, in answer to this problem, I learned to make machinima so that everyone sees that hip hit and kick on that particular bomp de bomp! (not 30 seconds later). I'm still learning and I'm no Steven Spielberg here! As to my favorite of all the videos I've made? Um... all of them, depending on my mood? Okay, well for the overall of how it turned out, I think 25 or 6 to 4 is one of my latest favorites. Thank you for checking out my dance tutorial and happy dancing!
